At Finn & Co, you’ll find world-class standards delivered with genuine warmth.
Welcome
At Finn & Co, exceptional hair is never accidental,
It begins with craft.
Finn — the name behind the brand — is a master of his craft and the quiet force behind our standards. Known for his precision, depth of knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality, he has built this brand on one clear belief: when technique is strong and relationships are real, the results speak for themselves.
From that foundation, we have carefully curated a team who share the same dedication to excellence.
We are proud to be recognised as a leading colour salon, with two Master Colour Experts within the team and others progressing rapidly behind them. Colour is not an afterthought here — it is a discipline. Whether refining tone, correcting complexity or creating something transformative, we approach every colour service with technical rigour and creative intelligence.
Styling holds equal importance. Precision cutting, shape, balance and movement are treated with the same respect as colour — because truly exceptional hair is the seamless blend of both.
Crafted with Purpose
What sets us apart is not just technical expertise;
It’s the blend of people.
Within our team you’ll find calm precision, bold creativity, steady reassurance and warm connection. Different personalities. Different strengths. All committed to one shared purpose:
It’s all about you.
- Your confidence.
- Your individuality.
- Your experience from the moment you walk through the door.
We are deeply committed to professional development, with every team member engaged in ongoing education through Wella Studios in London.
Mastery is never static — and neither are we.
We refine, we learn, we evolve — so that your hair benefits from the highest level of thinking and care.
